Why is the Academic Growth indicator important?

The Academic Growth indicator recognizes schools working hard to meet students where they are and help them get - or stay - on track. This indicator captures the growth of students at all levels of performance and provides a nuanced view of student performance over time. More information about this indicator can be found at sde.ok.gov/oklahoma-report-card-resources (pdf).
